The ideal candidate should:
Have a minimum educational qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management with 5 years or more of recruiting experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude to solving and initiating recruitment solutions, and successful management and prioritization of a high level of open requisitions.
Have an excellent grasp of the English Language, both written and verbal
