Yes it is...but they are not recruiting, anyone who gives you a job is trying to be fraudulent, they may not even interview you before giving u a fake contract with salary and allowances then ask you to pay money to some fake barrister...please dont fall for it, they tried it on me, if you have to then visit the company address they gave you
