Description:
The role of the Marketing Executives is to source, plan, execute and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This include sourcing clients for training, consultation, project management and co-ordinating the efforts of team members and third-party clients and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Marketing Executives will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
The Marketing Executives will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality and deliveries throughout its life cycle.
Line Manager: Business Manager
Responsibilities:
 irect and manage project development from beginning to end
Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the organisation.
 efine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management
Project Manager will liaise with a number of areas in the business including Acquisition, Brand and Business.
Liaise with project stakeholders’ on an ongoing basis
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
 elegate tasks and responsibilities’ to appropriate personnel
Assist with delivering and developing progress reports, proposal, requirement documentation and presentation.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
 evelop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Position Requirements:
Relevant University Degree or College Diploma
Ability to read communications styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of discipline
Customer Service skills an asset
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience of working both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Work Conditions:
Chasing Projects and Sitting for extended periods of time
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings
Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
Remuneration:
10% Project Owner’s Commission
Basic Salary
Reasonable expenses paid
