Good morning house,
please my rent expires today and my agent is asking me to pack out of the house within 7 days,please which lawyer or anybody that knows the law of tenancy,i am under one year rent,i did not sign any tenancy agreement with them, now i am planning to sue them to court so that they can give me adequate quit notice,but am afraid of what law spelt out of law of quit notice.please help!
