Company: Founded in …., Lansford is a preeminent real estate investment, fund management, development and services firm headquartered in……, Job Title: Branch Manager Position Summary: The Real Estate Lagos Branch Manager is responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing the Management Strategies for delivering the Lagos Office business target and expanding its market share to be among the Top 5 reputable Agencies within 5 years of operation. Responsibilities:  Seek out service opportunities in the firm’s focal areas of Valuation, Acquisition and Compensation as well as Agency businesses.  Maximize total return for each assigned Practice through the analysis of efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance.  Negotiate third party contracts.  Manage cash flow, distribution analysis and investment projections.  Develop and distribute periodic asset management reports to investors, consultants and other partners.  Provide pre-acquisition input and assistance in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions, and supporting the effort of originating and negotiation of debt financing.  Model full life cycle financial analysis for each asset from acquisition through disposition  Manage coordination of post-acquisition activities and integration of asset into the firm’s business portfolio  Oversee asset disposition process Requirements:  Degree in Estate Management from a reputable Institution, or related field, with strong record of academic achievement; an MBA will be an added advantage  Minimum of 10 years of commercial real estate analysis/asset management experience with an emphasis in Valuation, Acquisition and Compensation, Industrial Properties and Markets; Experience in property management/leasing/operations desirable  Proficiency with modelling investments in Excel  Solid analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task  Highly-developed verbal and written communication skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach We offer an excellent compensation package, an exciting opportunity, and the chance to make a difference. .
