FACTORY SUPERVISOR/MANAGER
§ Oversight functions of the operations/management of the company
§ Ensure and manage company to profitability

LAB SUPPORT OFFICER

LABORATORY ANALYST
Ensuring that analysis are promptly done and properly documented. Monitoring raw /packaging materials to ensure the best materials are used in production.

Job Description
§ Carry out bench analysis on in-process product and water
§ Carry out sampling, analysis of sample and give relevant report
§ Manage the warehouses for GMP compliance and champion material issuance to user department for quality
§ Coordinate the sampling, analysis and report of these analyses
§ Oversee laboratory activities and observe due diligence on equipment i.e. cleaning, availability or reagents, feedback on working tools, etc

B.Sc/HND in Food Tech, Pure/Applied Science, 1-2years relevant experience

RECEPTIONIST
Under the supervision of the Office Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
§ Act as a receptionist: receives all incoming calls in an appropriate, clear and friendly manner. Takes and relays messages/queries by forwarding to the appropriate person(s) or department. Greets and directs office visitors. Receives and distributes all correspondence and maintains a log of all correspondence
§ Assist the Office Administrator in managing the procurement process, by distributing RFQs to vendors and receiving/collating all quotations and invoices received.
§ Maintain a clean reception area
§ Maintain a neat personal appearance and polite demeanor as prescribed by professional and local standards
§ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
§ Perform other duties identified and assigned by the supervisor

Essential Personal Qualities
§ Relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment
§ Excellent verbal and written English language skills with the ability to communicate courteously and effectively
§ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
§ Skilled with computer word processing applications and willing to learn additional computer skills
§ Ability to get along with diverse personalities in an office setting.

Minimum Skills and Qualification
§ Minimum of 2years work experience as Secretary/Receptionist
§ OND preferred but not mandatory
§ Ability to use internet

SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Interested candidates must be highly experience, self motivated and result oriented Sales Representative.

REQUIREMENTS
§ Minimum of HND/B.Sc in marketing or Social Sciences

MARKETING EXECUTIVES

FINANCE AND ADMIN OFFICER
§ Responsible for the management of receipt, receivables, banking support services
§ Prepare budgets, simple management reports and bank reconciliation statement
§ Ensure the provision of high quality and well-maintained utility services
§ Carry out all office procedures and general admin requirements
§ Coordinate the execution of all routine maintenance renovation and refurbishment works

HEAD OF MARKETING
§ Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the organisation
§ Develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communications campaign for the organisation
§ Drive and co-ordinate all marketing activities
§ Grow and sustain market share of the organisation

Requirements
§ First degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower division
§ Possession of MBA or a postgraduate degree in any management field
§ Professional qualifications in marketing or management will be an advantage
§ Minimum of 6years post qualification experience
§ Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language
§ Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network
§ Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders
