Must possess a bachelors degree from a reputable university
MBA holder or related degree in Management (added advantage)
Must have been some experience in marketing and in the training business. The ability to facilitate would be an added advantage

2. LABOUR RELATIONS MANAGER
ORGANIZATION / LOCATION: Oil and Gas Company / Lagos

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
B.Sc. Degree in Labour Relations or any of the Social Sciences. A degree in Industrial Relations will be of added advantage
Master’s Degree will be of added advantage.
Good working experience of Industrial Relations with knowledge of relevant Legislature: Labour Act, Factory Act and Trade Dispute Act
Participate in regular cycle of Collective Bargaining agreements at all times advocating the position of MRS Oil Nigeria Plc and ensure negotiations progress towards a mutually acceptable outcome
Participate in Industry forum to benchmark Best Practice in Labour Relations.
Participate in Joint Consultative meetings to maintain peaceful-working atmosphere to grow the business
Liaise with both PENGASSAN & NUPENG and other related Government agencies e.g. Ministry of Labour and Productivity as may be necessary
