A RESEARCH MANAGER- RM 002/05
The services of a research personnel is needed in a marketing and advertising firm located in ikeja Lagos. Candidate would be required to select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques, Design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle, Design research questionnaires and moderator guides, Work with Project Directors to oversee the fieldwork initiative, Interpret data, write reports, and make actionable recommendations.
Candidates must possess exceptional written and oral communication abilities, Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis, Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint Negotiating skills, People management skills, Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision, Excellent presentation skills, Good oral communication skills, Must have a charming personality, A presence that commands respect and a good dress sense.
A degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences is required with a minimum of 5 years experience within the custom Market Research industry and 1-3 years of industry/sector experience will be an advantage
