A CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER- CSM 001/05
The services of a client service personnel is needed in a marketing and advertising firm located in Ikeja lagos.
The individual will be responsible for building clientele base of the organisation by developing new businesses, Management of new opportunities from current clientele base, Retention of clients and revenue maximization, Prepare strategy documents, proposals, and budgets for clients, Participate in developing & executing annual client target setting & strategy review, Develop and enhance business relationships fostering existing and new business.
Candidate(s) Must have knowledge of all Microsoft office programs (especially Powerpoint and Excel), media planning.
Candidates should possess Negotiating skills, People management skills, should be able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision, excellent presentation skills, Good oral communication skills. Must have a charming personality, a presence that commands respect and a Good dress sense.
