Job Description
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc was incorporated in September 1960 as a private limited liability company, and commenced operations in 1962 with an installed capacity of 600 metric tons per day.
The Company was converted to a public limited liability company in 1978, and its shares were subsequently listed on The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

This vacancy currently exists within the organisation.

Responsibilities:
Develops creative ways of communicating with employees for prompt buy-in of organisational development/employee engagement initiatives
Arranges and ensures effective employee engagement sessions
Implements and evaluates the Company communication plan
Assumes responsibility for the quality, excellence, and consistency of internal communication materials
Writes, edits and ensures prompt circulation of internal communication publications
Uploads information in the HR website portal
Manages all Company notice boards
