Implementation Manager Code: IM2012
We are an indigenous software development and sales organization with our head office in Lagos. We are currently looking for Implementation Manager in our Head office.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the technical knowledge of our preferred hardware
- Be Primary Technical Contact (Hardware) for Concept Nova to Partners and Clients
- Lead operations in the implementation projects for Client installations
- Take the initiative in market research of other new hardware and their capabilities
- Play proactive role in the recruitment and training of Implementation Technicians contract-hired for implementation projects
- Ensure that projects are implemented within time and cost.
- Provide clients with acknowledgement and speedy resolution when their requests are escalated.
Pre-Requisites
- Electrical Engineering background
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Project management experience
- 3+ Years experience installing and maintaining GPS trackers
