Duties & Responsibilities


* Manage recruitment workload and strategy across HR team to ensure time to hire is minimised
* Oversee implementation of annual performance review process
* Ensuring Employment Law adherence
* Manage OH&S compliance
* Implement talent management process


Education & Qualifications

* Degree or certificate qualifications


Experience

The successful candidate must have a demonstrable experience in adhering to principles and values; relating and networking; persuading and influencing; people leadership; creating and innovating; planning and organising; adapting and responding to change.
