Human Resource Officer Needed

Hi,

Human Resource Officer with at least 4 years experience in Human Resources is needed in a Ibadan. The preffered candidate should be a registered or aspiring member of the CIPM program.

Position will be responsible for;
- Coordinating Recruitment and selection
- Coordinating performance management activities like appraisal, creation of Job descriptions etc
- Developing suitable training programs based on identified needs of the staff.
- Dealing with employee relations, complaints and staff welfare issues.

Position will report to the HR/Admin Manager.

Remuneration is competitive.

Suitable candidate should have a place to stay in Ibadan.
