Human resource manager. –

An FMCG company located in Ikeja Lagos needs the services of a Human Resource manager with up to 13 years Human Resource experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Food and Beverage (FMCG & FB) company. Candidate must be a chartered member of CIPM, with good understanding of all human resource activity including work man compensation act, factory operations and shift management and labour union act. Candidate must have an experience in managing and monitoring performance of about 400 factory staff, good negotiation skills, ability to communicate the vision, mission and core values of the organization across levels.
