A well rounded individual with strong ability to develop strategies, monitor strategy implementation, create business ideas, seek for new and possible businesses, drive the vision at group level, work with subsidiaries to improve business performance, coordinate strategy review sessions. Candidate will be tenacious, articulate, creative, pragmatic, self starting and develop innovative solutions to deliver change through appropriate resources. Candidate will possess excellent influencing, communication and company developmental skills. Candidate will have a minimum of MBA/MSC in related field. Extensive Experience in manufacturing and related industries will be ideal.
