HEAD, SALES AND MARKETING (Credit Bureau Firm)
Our client is a credit bureau firm that collects corporate and consumer credit-related data and collates such data to create and distribute credit reports which allow credit grantors to gain a complete picture of the payment history/record of such credit applicant(s) that may be spread over different institutions.
Job Objective
- Build deep and strong client relationships between CRC and the various entities in the value chain.
- Facilitate the development of new offerings and also manage these offerings
- Assist management to respond to the environmental factors impacting the long term strategic direction of the company
- Manage an effective and efficient marketing unit
Roles and Responsibilities
- Report to Managing Director
- Supervises sales and relationship managers/officers
- Develop and implement market penetration strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives
- Oversee market campaigns and other activities that will deepen market leadership for CRC
- Identify and manage new business opportunities / value proposition
- Ensure customer satisfaction with services delivered
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Initiate periodic research on market trends
- Provide information required to develop new products and services to the business development team based on available information and captured customers’ intentions
- Identify relevant trainings to the parties within the CRC network and market the trainings identified to CRC’s customers
- Articulate and manage a compelling corporate brand that communicate the essence of the company and its unique value proposition
- Other roles as may be assigned by the Managing Director
Experience
Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience with at least 8 years in sales and marketing in a specialist service organization having corporate customers and 5 years in senior management position.
Qualifications
- A good first degree from a reputable university in any relevant degree
- Masters degree with a specialization in Marketing (relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage)
