- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure that the business is adequately resourced with the right people, in the right place and right time.
- Ensure the team assists in the identification and implementation of necessary process improvements to the company.
- Source for candidates at the executive level with the best culture fit for the company
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences and seminars etc
- Establishing new, maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers
- Develop recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- B.Sc/HND/OND with a minimum second class lower degree in related fields
- 0-1 yr experience
The candidate must be:
- A good team player
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Aggressive and proactive work attitude
