• JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Ensure that the business is adequately resourced with the right people, in the right place and right time.
  • Ensure the team assists in the identification and implementation of necessary process improvements to the company.
  • Source for candidates at the executive level with the best culture fit for the company
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences and seminars etc
  • Establishing new, maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers
  • Develop recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing



QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • B.Sc/HND/OND with a minimum second class lower degree in related fields
  • 0-1 yr experience


The candidate must be:

  • A good team player
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Aggressive and proactive work attitude
