JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for the following:
· Receiving all incoming phone calls for the organization
· Making business calls for the organization
· Ensuring a proper book management of all incoming and outgoing calls
· Welcoming visitors to the organization and directing them accordingly
· Functioning as a client service provider on all client issues
· Managing the reception hall efficiently and effectively
· Performing all other tasks assigned by the head of Admin


PERSON SPECIFICATION
The skills, knowledge and experience required from the ideal candidate include:

· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Basic numeric skills – being able to do basic calculations.
· Willingness to learn how to use unfamiliar equipment or computer programmes etc.
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and question information received.
· Basic computer skills – to be able to send emails and use word-processing.
· Understands the rules of good customer service
· Able to empathize and communicate with a diverse range of individuals
· Able to be able to work under pressure
· Able to build and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and customers at all levels.
· Self motivated with the ability to complete routine and non routine tasks as needed
