Responsibilities:
The person would be in charge of maintaining the facility.
Help generate income for the centre by means of sourcing for clients and events.
Act as a business development manager, handling all business related matters in accordance with company standard and policies.
The Event centre (facility) is a standard center with ample car park space and other facilities.
Handle day to day activities of the firm.
Handle business related matters on behalf of the firm.
Generate related reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in any discipline is compulsory.
A good command of written and spoken English and experience in any hospitality/liesure and tourism, event promotions and management related field is an added advantage. The required candidate must be creative, hardworking, willing to work long hours and above all be able to meet and surpass expectations.
Remuneration is at industry standard and added benefits of commission for new businesses.
Facility management experience in a hospitality or cleaning service/hospitality Industry.
Interpersonal relationship.
