CUSTOMER CARE:
Qualification:
- B.Sc/BA in any course of study
- Years of experience: About 2 to 3 years (post NYSC)
- Gender: Female/Male
- Age: 23 -25years
Responsibilities:
• Attend to clients and ensure needs are met
• Increase organization’s individual client
• Manage company’s event book
• Ensure prompt response to online and telephone customer request.
• Manage customer difficult situation
• Proper management of company’s webpage and correspondence
• Liaise with Admin to meet organizations internal needs
Required Personality:
- Candidate must be very detailed, smart, passionate, intelligent and willing to learn
- Must be creative and innovative
- Must be value driven
- Must display high level of integrity
- Must be well cultured and mannered
- Must possess a pleasant and amiable disposition
- Must have a good sense of dressing and poise
- Must be able to work under pressure.
