Vacancy exist for the position of a Credit Control Manager in a Facility company in Lagos.

Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy or related discipline.

Interested candidate will be required to:

Manage customer billing reconciliation and debt collection activities.

Contribute to the formulation of corporate credit control policies and procedures and ensure conformity

Co-ordinate financial and budget activities to monitor and ensure timely payments and project profitability.

Maintain constant communication with debtors to reconcile records, follow up and recover all outstanding debts

Evaluate excessive exposure to risk and determine a course of action

Carry out periodic credit review, evaluation and assess creditworthiness

Prepare ageing reports and analysis and update management on credit control issues

Ensure compliance to client contract terms and conditions

Review site expenditure accounts, activity reports, and other performance data with recommendations.

Conduct monthly cost reviews and produce variance reports.

Required Skill and Knowledge:
Excellent leadership skills

Advanced computer literacy

Good negotiation and commercial skills

Highly numerate

Good spoken and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and good customer relations interface

Good knowledge of Accounting principles and/or Facility Management operations (an added advantage)

Good understanding of contract administration
