Laterna Ventures is a leading literature importation, distribution and marketing organization. We act as suppliers to a wide range of retail and wholesale clientele throughout Nigeria and neighbouring countries. We have developed excellent relationships with the significant publishers of literature worldwide.
We currently seek to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
Assist Director (HR and Corporate Affairs) in providing corporate secretariat support to the Board and Management Committee.
Communicate important organizational issues to Board and relevant committees.
Deal with corporate legal and constitutional issues.
Liaise with lawyers and relevant authorities on legal matters.
Advise and update Board and Management accordingly.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:
Candidates must have a B.Sc. or HND in Mass Communication, Public.
Relations or Business Administration.
A minimum of 2-years post qualification experience in public relations or corporate communications and office administration.
Candidates must be computer literate and be conversant with Desktop publishing software and use of social media platforms.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
