Due to expansion and the need to consolidate; our client, an emerging Integrated Marketing Communications with turnover in excess of One Billion Naira seeks for qualified and competent candidates to fill these roles to fill the vacant position:
Administrative Manager (ADM051) requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures.
Duties: Must be responsible for directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities of the organization, and also be responsible for managing various operations. Must work within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action. Must be able to maintain continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Must be able to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks. Must be able to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Must be ready to make presentations before the public/community organizations. Is also expected to self-generate assignments through anticipation of problems and general awareness of needs of our organisation; and perform other duties as.
Requirements: Requires three (3) years’ of professional administrative experience as an Administrative Service Manager, a year (1) year of which must be in a supervisory position and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or its equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Aggressive Sale Executive (ASE035) builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintain relationships with clients
Duties: Customers may include businesses, governmental organizations, and individuals both in Nigeria and abroad. Consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel, and also identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings. Sales of products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. Prepares report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Must be able to identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positions in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Must maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; and participating in professional societies. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed. Reports directly to Chief Executive Officer
Requirements: A university degree or its equivalent in marketing or business studies is preferred; with a minimum of three (3) years of related experience or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Graduate Trainee (GRAT015) is responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties
Duties: work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organisation. Help set policies. Evaluate work output. Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience. Attend lectures, watch guess speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests. Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer service, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel departments. Handle established account to gain familiarity. Adhere to guideline of formal written training program. Attend periodic evaluations. Achieving a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program. Participate with the store management in interviewing, hiring, and training employee. Use company’s reports to analyses sales gross profit and inventory activity. Identify trend and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations. Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive pricelists and products. Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protects company assets and profitability.

Customer Relationship Officer(CRO005) Improves the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
Duties: Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities. Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner. Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company. Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements. Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in any of the social science discipline from a recognized University/Polytechnic with a minimum of two (2) years working experience. Fluency in English & any other Nigerian language. Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills. Knowledge of sales and relationship building process. Prior experience in end to end sales process an advantage. Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word & Excel) will be an added advantage
Business Development Manager ( BDM005) A Business Development Manager works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
DUTIES: This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Business Development Managers work in a senior sales position within the company. It is their job to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. They call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs. Achieves targeted levels of sales. Must be able to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. He will be working with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff, and also manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. He is required to have thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
