Responsibilities

• Advising present and prospective customers by answering calls
  
• Converting inquires into sales and making outbound calls
  
• Processing customer orders and upsellingproductsbased on identified customer needs
  
• Maintaining quality service by following the organization standard
  
• Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing a related result as needed
  
• Identify how we can best help customers
  
• Working towards team objectives
