We are an engineering and construction company located in Lagos; we seek for the services of a civil engineer who will work efficiently with teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Job title:
· Project Manager
Key Knowledge /Job Responsibility

• Candidate must have construction and engineering industry knowledge
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to clients and company.
• Ensure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
• Monitor and drive team to achieve excellent results
• Submit required reports while proffering way forward to challenges.
• Must be able to direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Analyzing survey, mapping and materials-testing data

Technology Awareness/software Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Project management skills
• The ability to work within budgets and to meet deadlines
• Good team working skills
• Ability to use Microsoft packages, 3D software and other relevant soft ware
• Excellent IT skills
• The ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly

Educational Qualification
Minimum of Higher National Diploma degree in Civil Engineering
