Call agents wanted!

A top marketing communications firm in Ikeja area of Lagos, Nigeria is looking to hire the services of call agents for its contact centre.

Candidates must possess the following specialized skills:

1. Good communication skills
2. Excellent command of English Language. Proficient in a local language will be an advantage
3. Must be computer literate particularly in Excel and Word processing and use of internet applications.
4. Acceptable Typing Speed
5. A calm and composed demeanor
6. Must be a Team Player
7. Must reside in locations close to Ikeja such as Shomolu, Anthony, Maryland, Ikeja, Ogba, Bariga, Ketu etc

In addition, candidates MUST be part-time students of any tertiary institution in Lagos. Females preferably.
