BRANCH ACCOUNTANT (Location: Abuja and Uyo)

Minimum Requirement
? Must have B.Sc/HND in Accounting.
? Must have minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant.
? Good communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
Job Functions
? Relationship with Correspondent banks.
? Maintaining the Bank’s cash book
? Custody and writing of cheques
? Reconciliation of accounts with correspondent banks

? Preparation of management/final accounts
? Harmonisation of all reports presented as ALCO
? Maintaining of all fixed Assets Register
? Preparation of Budget (inputs from all departments)
? Posting into Journals, GL
? Correspondence with external officials on all financial matters
? Raising of entries
? Preparation of Salaries and other Payables
