Job Title: Administrative Office
Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day general administration of the company, assisting the
Chief Executive and supporting the staff team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the company
- Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
- Prepare contracts for suppliers as advised.
- Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity for the Company
- Maintain close links and inform the Chief Executive of all issues likely to affect the company operation.
- Work alongside other staff to contribute to the development of the company Operation.
Qualification and Requirements
- At least first degree in Accounting or related course.
- Proficient knowledge in any accounting software and Microsoft excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively, time management and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 -5 years working experience.
