Admin and Account Officers
Our client is a well established property and estate development firm seeking to fill the following vacancies:
1. Human Resource/Admin Manager
Duties
- Recruiting and staffing
- Performance management and improvement systems;
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
- Employee orientation, development, and training;
- Policy development and documentation;
- Employee relations;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
Relevant Education & Work Experience
- A good first degree in any discipline from DELSU
- 2-4 years relevant work experience
2. Account Officer
Duties
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Relevant Education & Work Experience
- A National Diploma in Accounting or an ATS
- 1-2 years work experience
