it is called "oluwalogbon estate". if u are going to toll-gate u drop at Kola bus/stop. then take bus or bike to akeja (N100) the u drop at 10/10 bus stop. it is about 10 mins walk from AIT/Ray power. though is Ogun state, but 10 mins walk into Lagos state. that is where I leave and am working in Ikeja. from Kola to Oshodi is only N150 and from Akeja to kola is N70 for bus and N100 for bike. it is very easy to get a bus going to the Island (CMS, Marina etc) from kola bus/stop and is only N200.
