what do you advice?

a friend of mine has a job as a marketer where he is paid 35k a month, plust 15k transport in the field and 5k for airtime. he goes to work 3 days a week. the problem is that, he is not sure if he would be confirmed cos he has not met target. now he has a job offer as a marketer, where he would be paid just 40k a month and nothing more. he would have to be at work five days in a week, from 8am to 6pm. the only attractive thing is that he wont be given target. now his dilema is whether to go for the new one or not? i dont know what to tell him, so i th\row it to the house. please help a guy out.

bros there is nothing we all desire in our career as job security. it is better he is with a company who pay him a reasonable amount of money and have his job secured. than working under pressure to meet a certain target. the duration of the work is insignificant. he is better of with a secured job without threat.
