waiting to be ushered into first bank interview room

hello house, i'm just waiting 2 be invited into the interview room. can someone tell me wat 2 expect. I'll break d news wen i'm out. thanks

please,i would like to know when those who got the interview notification via email will be sent interview dates and venue bcos i reside in lagos and i learnt some guys are being interview right now.Thanks

i'm at Abuja at d present. i don't no about Lagos. always check ur mail and charge your phone very well cos the text can come in at any time

chihums,how was your interview.wat were ur panelists like.was an extra passport collected from you after the interview.

my panelist were very ok and friendly. u only need 2 passport size photo. Baby girl have u been interviewed?

u'll have 2 display ur sms invitation, a resume form will b given u to fill and u then write an application, write an essay on a particular topic- say resource control, economic recession.etc then u'll b called in a group of 5 and same topic u wrote as essay'll b discussed. then d last will be interview with a panel of about 4. just don't fidget. they are very friendly. all the best.

when are the successfull candidates likely to be called?

Pls, i'd like to be clear, i had the invitation by e.mail, but have not recieve the text message invitation yet. do i have to wait for the text message on my phone or should i just go to the venue? do they check for the sms? thanks

Yeah, really they people on the panel are friendly, but it was really a long wait to be finally called in for the last stage of the interview (one - on - one). I do pray we make it and are called soonest. Can't wait to start - First Bank has really changed.

if u got the email invitation just go to their training school....u will be allowed to take the interview

As for the Lagos interview centre, they do not demand for the SMS. A candidate in my group did not have it, but still took part in the interview. If you got the mail, take it with you to the venue. Interviews end on friday. So act!

Well, the place is so Tech, doesn't look like an old generation Bank. Also, so many young, good looking and Intelligent Staff. hear u'll be started with 100k till u get confirmed after 6 months.

The pay is not bad. Especially this period when most banks prefer to hire degree holders on contract basis with little pay.

Pls does anyone know when 1st bank would start calling successful candidates who just underwent their interview?
100k 4 trainee is sure very good, diamond bank pays 80k 4 dsame position.

Well,don't know about the salary..but confirmation is 1 year and they should start calling abot 2weeks after interview for medicals.
