Hi,
Can anyone confirm how to identify the authentic notification format 'cos I got a winning notification last week friday by e-mail but I learnt that its suppose to be sent by courier.Pls if anyone is sure of how they communicate, kindly send a reply and if possible with a copy of such mail so that i can confirm if mine is genuine or not.

Yes it is out, but you have to go on line to confirm it using the printed copy that you have after you registered. i got a similar notification and was asked to pay $819 to get confirmation to one account in the UK, Please bear in mind that the mail is a scam from someone trying to dupe us.
DV is no longer sending mail you have to go on line: Electronic Diversity Visa to check your status.

Yes the results are out and you can only check with your confirmation number on this website dvlottery.state.gov and if you receive any emails stating that you won the lottery i tell u its a scam and just ignore the email
akinhi plz doint be deceived.The ONLY place you can check for your US visa lottery status is on their website with your confirmation number.There will be NO mails.Cheers
