Human Resources Manager (1)

Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination of all human resource management activities, organisation and supervision of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Activities
• Setup and implementation of HR/Admin systems.
• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
• Identify staff vacancies, interview, select and recruit.
• Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
• Develop and implement staff handbook with information about policies and procedures, working conditions, employee benefits etc.
• Keeping staff records and handling all welfare issues.
• Liaising with Senior Management to review office performance.
• Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the personnel, training, or labour relations activities.
• Analyse training needs to design employee development programs.
• Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organisation's personnel policies and practices.
• Administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.

Training and qualifications
• A female Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social Science from a reputable university with an additional professional certification in human resources.
• At least six (5) years of relevant experience in human resources with a minimum of two (2) years managerial exposure.

Essential Knowledge and skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use on computer MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs and HR management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Customer Service Officer (1)

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the incumbent will be responsible answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Key Activities
• Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify and escalate complex and priority issues.
• Update the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers or prospective customers.
• Provide feedback regularly on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures of the customer service department.

Training and qualifications
• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent in any field from a reputable institution(female).
• Two (2) years work experience with at least one (1) year customer service experience.

Essential Knowledge and skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet skills.
• Customer service orientation.
