Be more concerned with your character than your reputation. <br />Your character is what u really are, while ur reputation is merely what others think.
SHELL, WISH U ALL THE BEST
JEHOVAH JIREH IS GOOD TO ME
@ Jeanie
Thanks a lot but can you give reasons for your decision
@ Flora
Yea but not starting immediately though.
I didn't get a reply to the private message I sent. Why?

Shell is stronger than Total/Mobil both in name and what have u, and in Total they are more of marketers there.
wish u the best

@coolguy,
I'll agree with jeanie, shell is stronger than the three, followed by Mobil(/exxon) then total.
Shell has it deep roots, they have various branches u can't even imagine, well Shell na Baba o!!!

shell is better boy, my dad work for 13yr and is out rtd now with pension worth over 40m,
just be real, no matter what
I think Shell is fine because of its popularity here in Nigeria.
In terms of Pay and other fringe benefits, they are all on the same pedestal except for some immaterial differences.
Interms of permanent employement, Shell is worst, they hardly make your employment permanent if you are initially employed as a contract staff unlike Mobil.
I'll advise you get someone who works in any of these places presently to give you the latest position of things.
Goodluck!!!
No One Will Know You Are Honest Unless You Give Out Samples!
@Dagunro!
I see your point of view under normal circumstances Shell will be my favourite but with the recent lay-off of 2500 staffs- close to 50%- I am beginning to doubt my job security which I think is an important factor.
If these things don't change who knows what will happen- More lay-offs?
@Auatinray
Thanks for the info. But in terms of pay I heard from a friend that Mobil pays higher.How true is this I don't know sha.
@ Flora
In Nigeria that may be true but worldwide Esso is the biggest oil company Shell comes third after BP
