Silver Extraction from waste fixer solution

Please, has anybody got information about the extraction of silver from waste fixer solution or bleach? My business is concerning the point of sale and the extraction machine. The machine is locally fabricated and is electrolytic with carbon or graphite cathode and Stainless steel as the other electrode (anode). I have seen the machine but can can not set my hands on it right now. Its fabricated in the West (Ogun or Lagos State) and silver from the little i knos is sold at Ibadan. I would appreciate to get more details. I really need it.
