Plz I need you to give me an update on OND recruitment in these banks. I learnt that Banks now recruit OND holders basically as Bulk Tellers and for Cashiering. Also to cut down cost of staff salaries. How true is this?

Also what hope does OND recruits who work in these banks have in terms of career development?

I actually need this info as I will be participating in a career talk soon; and the target audience is basically OND holders.
