PLEASE! Advice Me, this is a matter of Urgency!!!

I am a young married man in my early 30s'. I just got this new well payin job @ a fast growing company but incidentally, I resummed to meet with this beautiful Ibo girl that am supposed to be workin with but incidentally, she is always coming up with unnecessary issues & ways of tryin to make trouble with me. I even proposed to her "officially" that we should work together as husband & wife so as to make work go on but still, this started well but the continuation was worse. I am new at this company & tryin to make a positive impact but I feel this lady is intentionally tryin to "slow me down". The expectation on me is huge & i want to deliver but this lady, please advice me.

What sort of trouble is she giving you?

@opeanjola,wat if u resumed to discover it was a man like you that was working in her place or avery ugly and local girl that u are not attracted to that was there and exhibiting that same attitude to work,wat wud u have done? wat you wud have done is exactly wat u wud do now. do your work with the least sentiments atleast 4 the sake of your family.good luck

I cant really explain what her attitude is BUt i can tell u that I fell she is scared my employment was to take over her job. I have sat her down severally to let her know that I am in the company only to make her work easier but her countenance tells it differently. I have consult the advise of older staffs in the company and all i could get is to totally ignore her and consentrate on my job. This lady happens to be my only team member and i am worried that her attitude might affect my future evaluation in the area of team management! Please, counsel me! ???

@uti, Thanks. Mind u, I dont have problem working with her, I think shes' got an attitude problem but however it is, I wount let that affect my professional relationship with her. Thanks all the same, cheers
