Oracle database is a solution for the present and for the future, its good if you have the passion to go into IT full-time 'cos with part-time you cant make a BIG significant. I'm not very sure but i think NIIT charges up2 200k for the course. if you had written their scholarship test it will be less, you can check out other IT training centres to compare cost.

Let me remind u, that there's nor "PERFECT" IT program, it all depepnds on how much time u're willing to give to it.
Some people have strong programming skills and lack other hardware skills, while others have good graphic skills, make sure you choose a program that is in line with your God-given skill or talent 'cos that will help u spend time on the program.
