It seems employers dis using a diff. method of interviewin job candidates instead of d comon panel intaview. It's "group discussion&presentation", I attended 2 sessions of dis wit 2 diff. Multinational company & i felt dis shld b discussed among house membas. What do you tink they ar lukin 4 & ao best shld u participate, let's get oursef informed & prepare 2 avoid being caught unaware.

Its called 'Assesment Day' and not only multinationals employ such recruitment methods but mostly companies who are known to employ exceedingly skilled and innovative graduates who possess a quantum of other great qualities e.g NLNG

I am yet to attend one but spend a great deal of time reading up peoples' experiences at Wiki Jobs
