NBC Plc Test Flopped

NBC Plc is a total failure. I left Ibadan (among others who came from parts of Ekiti, Osun, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun and those in Lagos) to risk my life to Lagos only to meet with an ill-organised set of NBC Plc staff. I knew quickly that nothing was going to take place. Such incident happened in Kaduna in August 2009 when people from all over the north converged in Kaduna to join the multitude that were about to be disapointed. We were never even told whether we passed or not, and maybe our papers were missing, because we never had a sort coded in case anything happened.
