I presently work with a mutual fund adminstrator while I search for a better place,but the problem is enormous from no basic pay only commissions to fact that you wont be allowed to attend interviews elsewhere bcos if they hear of it you are in trouble,you must be in the office at 7.am or have a query waiting 4 you and my others.The worst is the commission which is just 5% of the sales you make.Seriously contemplating leaving there or what do you think.
Dear destiny2, their is nothing to contemplate in this issue,unless maybe you omitted some details, but if the picture you painted is real then your continued stay their is similar to enslaving yourself for nothing.

For heaven's sake they don't own you and don't have control over your future. Better send in your resignation, afterall they aren't doing you a favour.
Even the so-called multinationals and banks that pay well don't give such conditions.
You have a brighter future ahead and I'm sure you wouldn't want to be tied down.
Don't forget to always pray and ask God for His direction in all you do. He will surely take you to your destination in Jesus's name....amen.
