If I was in your shoe, I will park out of that House Quick Quick because Life has no duplicate. even if you take the Landlord to court, there is no evidence to prove he kill the child of your neigbor.
In a very surprising twist, my neighbour just lost her little son precisely two weeks after my landlord promised to 'deal with her'. The reason has been the fact that he has been unable (due to a court order) to evict the said woman who happens to be a widow having lost her husband after a protracted illness. Her husband died 8months after having a duel with my landlord over his constant harrassment on account of over-the-roof electric bills that we tenants were asked to pay almost twice a month. My people is that fair? What should we do in this circumstance? Should house owners go to such evil length to effect an eviction? What has been your experience?
