Lucrative option

I need an urgent advise on this.I finished my service feb last yr, till now i ve nt gotten a desk job.Although i do bakery business.Now I feel that there is a need to ve an addition qualification aside my B.Arts,i ve two option;
a) CIPM it has to do with HR training
b) IATA it has to do with aviation training

Though IATA is closely to what i study in d University,i dnt want to make mistake in choosing one that is not lucrative cos i ll use all d money i ve saved 4rm my baking business to run this.Pls house i need ur urgent advise on which one to do cos i am so confuse.
