What a pity... My sympathy to the relatives of "the woman". The man has been "nursing" this evil intention in his mind before the fateful day, he now used the influence of alcohol to accomplish his intention. He allowed the devil to "support" his evil intention, and the devil assisted him to accomplish it. It is never ordinary.
He also allowed his problems to "overtake" him. I am not judging him am just saying what I feel.
But may we never allow unemployment to lead us into doing wrong things because it will never solve our problems.

He is a fool. Please don't blame unemployment or government for this. Is he the only one unemployed? If all unemployed graduates should start stabbing their wives and relatives, then everybody will die, because somehow every family have one or more unemployed graduates.
The guy is senceless, and he dont have the fear of God in him.
Infact, he is useless.
He deserve death by hanging. May God forgive him. And may her soul rest in peace. Amen.

That guy is screwed. He doesn't deserve any pity at all. I don't even think he is human, If he were the person that has been insulted on the streets of Abuja by small girls, like me because of treking and looking for a job, he would have joined the Boko Haram group, because of joblessness. How can a sensible man raise his hands on his wife? didn't he see the beauty in her before marrying her? If he wasn't ripe for marriage while did he rush into it? This is worse than a terrorist attack and I suggest he should be sent on another planet, maybe Mars, for him to continue another life there. Please anybody that blames the government should also be sent on an exile like I suggest. I really do not know how to describe this wicked act. Please if you are involved in beating your younger sisters at home, I think you should stop it cos that is where these useless attitudes start from, we all are created equally, God gave man a superior power over woman and not to raise their hands on them. A woman brought me into this life and I don't think anger should make anyone raise his hand on a lady cos I respect them alogt regardless of any insult I have gotten from them.
