Topic: Hw much do u knw maths?

@stsundfab....im not dissing you, but i think english is not one of your strongest links. 'Croud', last i checked the dico, it was still spelt crowd...with a 'W'. Writing without punctuations makes a very difficult read. You no holy pass afterall!

u dont have to be a guru or genuis to figure this out. its just common sense. If it takes 9people 12days to do a job, how in hecks name wld it take 1 person less time to do the same job

Now lets work on this together,
9people work at a rate of 12days
1person wld work at a rate of 9*12=108days
so it wld take 1 person 108days to do the work.
if 4 people decide to do the work and share it equally, then 4pple would finish the job in 108/4=27days.

This is the solution:
if 9 persons used 12 days
1 person will : (12 x 9) days
4 persons will : (12 x 9)/4 = 27 days

12 days for 9 persons
1 day : (9 x 12) persons
3 days : (9 x 12)/3 = 36 persons

More Plot More Men = 90/45
Less Days More Men = 15/10

Answer = 30 * 90/45 *15/10
= 90 Men

If 9 persons finishd a job in 12 days,
(i) hw many days wil it take 4 persons working at the same rate to finish d job.
(ii) hw many persons wil be required to finish dsame piece of wrk in 3 days. Pls show ur workings

4 ?

Less Person More Days = 9/4
Answer = 12 * 9/4
= 27 Days

@brownsugar1 me nd u cannt figure out anythng bcos we have develpd our brains differently. 1 person works at d same rate at which 9 pple will work in 12 days. go bck 2 ur mths tutor in sec. school...safe am gonna post no more comment on this.
