Job Description:
Administer all queries referred to the helpdesk in liaison with relevant managers, respond to users and keep a log of complaints coming through
Receive purchase requisitions from user departments and confirm registration or contract validity status of suppliers
Check user departments authorization of purchase requisitions on IFS
Return unauthorized on non-policy complaint purchase requisitions to user departments
Stamp and pass on purchase requisitions for recording
Distribute/issue appropriate copies of authorized purchase orders to User departments/Finance department/Supplier
Receive inquiries and forward to appropriate persons for resolution
Follow up to ensure that queries are resolved
Communicate all purchase requisition/purchase order related issues to user department for resolution
Prepare monthly reports of queries received/resolved, purchase requisitions received/returned, purchase orders issued
Attend to any other duties that may be assigned
Job Conditions: Standard MTNN working conditions
Reporting To: Procurement Admin & Support Supervisor
Required Skills:
At least one(1) year experience in a reputable organization

Qualification:
First degree in any discipline
