How Do You Cope With A Bulling Boss?

House can someone advise me PLEASE!!!

Well there are various ways to handle such a situation.

1. If your boss is the same sex as you are (or if she's a female) always compliment their clothes, women especially shoes, compliment guys on their tie or coat.

2. Always ask after their family.

3. If he is late, call him from the office showing concern that he's late.

4. Remind him to have lunch/breakfast

But, if he is not your direct boss then always try to avoid him, don't be too much in the lime light wherever he is.

this is just the few advise i can remember for now.

In a nutshell, just be very Diplomatic in your relationship with Him/Her.

Its terrible boda. pray neva to have one because i just came out of one recently. what i did was that i steered clear her ways minded my own business responded only when talked to and neva raised any issue that will bring us close. i only related to her diplomatically even when she wanted otherwise i refused. Do u know where it landed me series of queries and just last week she handed me A SACK LETA! imagine. just be careful and neva get close it hots
