. Based on what i experienced during last interview i attended, the only thing that can hinder good performance during interview is fear of loosing the job or fear of incompetence.

And antidote to fear is early preparation, remember, proper preparation prevent poor performance. Think ahead on what to say if such afored solved questions were raised. Imagine odds questions and prepare their answers logically and earlier before the dday.

Although, the real scinario may make you afraid, dont fidget, speak naturally and loggically as you can.

i am new on dis site and i was short of words wen i read everyone's comments.its gud 2 knw dat we can share productive ideas with one another.i hv neva gone 4 an interview im still a corper in ekiti state 2 pass out sept 11 and i believe i'll get a lot of tips on interviews and aptitude tests.im a gradute of physics(lasu).GOD BLESS U ALL.

However, i went for an interview yesterday and i was asked what will be my target for the month in Naira terms? so what will be nice to say, when i don't even know much about the company's product in terms of price and there is not much either on there website.

Okay to all ur contributions and really contributions from Avincent and Yinka are tops. I believe that ur SPECIAL SKILLS, GOALS, MOTIVATIONS AND ASPIRATIONS WITHIN THAT COMPANY AND IN THE NEAR FUTURE (5 YRS) are all it takes for that Q. Yes, u can chip in some personal info a two or more but as long as u have some in ur resume, may become a BORE subject for some interviewers, though not all of dem. So just look around d environment and at the same time access ur panel of interviewer(s)...
